Restoration. Revitalization. Real-world impact.
A structured path from crisis to independence, built for people the system has left waiting. Safe housing, peers who have walked the path, direct access to care, and five stages that step down as you step up.
Where bureaucracy fails, we excel.
Traditional systems hide behind red tape and waitlists. We provide immediate, frictionless execution and real life change.
Get them clean, before getting them seen
We protect our residents' peace first: breathing room to stabilize mentally, physically and emotionally behind secure doors, before facing the public eye or administrative hoops.
Total transformation over mere housing
We are not just providing beds. We are building sanctuaries of healing and permanent life change, anchored at our North Las Vegas facility and serving all of Southern Nevada.
Frictionless clinical and care access
Direct pipelines to Clark County clinical care, psychiatric support and substance use disorder resources, working with regional health centers, behavioral networks and mobile health teams so care comes to the resident.
Transportation that never stalls progress
Integrated transit planning across RTC of Southern Nevada routes, OnDemand microtransit and our own coordination, so getting between North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Henderson is never the excuse.
Change sticks when it happens gradually.
Moving straight from crisis to full independence rarely works. Our program is organized into five distinct stages, each tailored to the individual's level of acuity. As participants progress, the amount of provided services and support is reduced by 20% per stage, allowing a gradual transition toward independence while maintaining flexibility based on personal needs.
- An individual assessment determines the starting stage
- Support decreases 20% at each stage as capability increases
- Flexibility to adjust support up or down when life changes
- Clear milestones so residents can see their own progress

What each stage looks like
Stabilize Full support
Get clean, before getting seen. Residents settle into safe, secure housing and a predictable daily structure. The focus is on rest, safety and getting connected to clinical care, benefits and services.
Rebuild 80% support
With stability in place, residents set personal goals and begin building routines around health, recovery, finances, relationships and purpose, with a peer specialist beside them.
Grow 60% support
Residents take on more responsibility for daily life: their schedule, household duties and commitments in the community. Guidance shifts from directing to coaching.
Transition 40% support
Preparation for independent living becomes the priority: employment or income stability, budgeting, housing plans and the support network that carries forward.
Thrive 20% support
Residents live independently with a light touch of ongoing connection. Check-ins and encouragement continue, so no one makes the final step alone.

Led by those who walked the path.
Our teams are not cold bureaucrats behind desks. They are Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialists: trained professionals with lived experience who know the road because they have traveled it.
- Frontline stability and crisis de-escalation, day and night
- Daily mentorship from someone who has been where you are
- Real trust from day one, not a case number
- A bridge to clinical care, benefits and community resources
Frequently asked questions
Who is the program for?
Veterans, people facing addiction or mental health challenges, the underhoused, and anyone who feels lost and is ready for a fresh start. You do not need to be a veteran. You do not need to have everything figured out. Come as you are.
Is there a waitlist?
No. Raising your hand takes about three minutes, and an intake coordinator connects with you the same day to talk through options and map out a placement date.
Where is the facility?
Our flagship facility is in North Las Vegas and serves individuals from across Las Vegas, Henderson and the greater valley. Transportation is coordinated so logistics never stall your progress.
Does everyone start at Stage 1?
No. Each participant is assessed individually and placed at the stage that matches their current level of need. Some residents begin further along the path.
What happens if someone needs more support again?
Support can be adjusted up as well as down. A difficult season does not mean starting over.
Can a family member, case manager or agency make a referral?
Yes. Families, case managers, agencies and community organizations are welcome to reach out on someone's behalf through the intake form or by requesting a confidential call.
Ready to take the first step?
Three minutes to raise your hand. A real person follows up the same day.
